How to sign up for Software Field Bulletins (update notifications)
Siemens has a tick box in your Support Center Account that allows you to receive notifications directly from Siemens as soon as an update to your software is available, through what is called Software Field Bulletins...
These include a link to the download center where you can download not just the Update/Maintenance Pack, but also the update README.txt file that details what is included in the update, and any changes to OS compatibility (if there is a change from the initial release).
To sign up for the Software Field Bulletins, please follow the below instructions:
Log into the Siemens Support Center with your Webkey account.
Click on your Account Initials (top RH corner):
then click on Profile.
Scroll down until you can see Newsletter Subscriptions, and Software Field Bulletins. Check this option:
Please ensure that the following email address is allowed through spam/junk email filters, whitelisting it if needed: Siemens Support <no-reply@sw.siemens.com>.
